Winter Banquet 2026 — An evening of white-tie tradition in the calendar of the House.
On 23 September 2025, the grand ballroom of the Corinthia Grand Hotel in Bucharest hosted the inaugural ceremony of The Noble House of Brattleby Club — a landmark event that united aristocratic tradition with a modern vision of personal excellence. Under the patronage of Lady Nicoleta, Baroness of Brattleby, the Twelfth, eighty carefully selected guests gathered for an English Tea Ceremony that marked the birth of what international media have described as "a 21st-century finishing school."
Each guest received a calligraphed parchment invitation, delivered personally by a British butler — a deliberate gesture reflecting the Club's commitment to the preservation of ceremony and the lost art of protocol. The evening featured Brattleby pastries crafted exclusively for the occasion, fine teas served in the English tradition, and an address by the Baroness outlining her vision for the Club's future.
The event was attended by representatives of the Romanian Royal House, international diplomats, cultural figures, entrepreneurs, and members of the international press. Romanian and international media covered the launch extensively, with outlets from Bucharest to Monaco and London reporting on the significance of the initiative.
The Club Vision
The Noble House of Brattleby Club operates under the motto "Elegantia in Veritate" — Elegance in Truth. It is conceived as a modern institution of refinement, open to both men and women, offering structured programmes in dining etiquette, dress codes, aristocratic leadership, the art of protocol, elegant comportment, social diplomacy, and the refinement of conversation.
