The Baroness of Brattleby this afternoon opened the new North Wing of the Brattleby Library and was received upon arrival by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Lincolnshire. Her Ladyship toured the upgraded archival facilities and addressed a gathering of local residents and scholars before unveiling a commemorative plaque to mark the occasion.
