The Baron of Brattleby this morning received His Excellency Mr. Victor Dumitrescu at Brattleby Hall upon his appointment as Ambassador from the Republic of Romania to the Court of St James's. A presentation of credentials followed, during which the Baron reaffirmed the enduring bonds of friendship and cooperation between the County of Lincolnshire and the Romanian state.
